Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-savvy analyst with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support leadership with accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and executive-ready presentations. The ideal candidate can turn raw data into clear stories that drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, HRIS, operations, finance, etc.).
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and trackers for business performance, headcount, costs, and other KPIs.
• Design executive-level PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews, strategy meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Translate complex data into simple, visual insights using charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Collaborate with business heads to understand requirements, define metrics, and align reports with business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports and presentations.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and business cases as needed.
• Maintain data documentation, standard templates, and best practices for reporting.
