Location: Kheda Plant (Madhya Pradesh)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Electrical/Civil preferred); MBA HR/Finance is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facility and infrastructure projects including electrical, civil, HVAC, smart kitchen, and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor Capex & Opex projects within timelines and budgets.
• Handle vendor and contractor management, quotations, negotiations, and bill verification.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant facilities and utilities.
• Manage HVAC, Power Systems, BMS (CCTV, PA, Pager, etc.), and general facility operations.
• Prepare budgets, track costs, generate MIS reports, and drive cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
• Coordinate audits and maintain project, maintenance, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations teams for seamless project execution.
