Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Attend breakdown calls and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Carry out minor electrical repairs, wiring checks, lighting replacements, and DB maintenance.
• Handle plumbing repairs including leak fixing, pipe replacement, and sanitary fittings.
• Support HVAC maintenance such as filter cleaning, thermostat checks, and AC troubleshooting.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and civil repair work.
• Maintain generators, pumps, motors, and water systems.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Record daily maintenance activities and submit service reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
• Assist during emergency situations and facility shutdowns.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
