Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial MIS and variance analysis.

Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.

Perform General Ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

Prepare GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory reports.

Support internal and statutory audit activities.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and account reconciliations.

Develop Excel-based management dashboards and reports.

Ensure accurate cost tracking and support plant/project finance operations.

Coordinate statutory compliance and tax filing reconciliations.

Maintain audit readiness and proper accounting controls.

Qualification

Highly Preferred: CA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com with relevant experience.
