Designation: Senior Executive - Accounts Payable (Rent and Utilities)

About the role: Primary focus on Utility & Lease rent payments and related reconciliations for Star Dental, will be responsible for overseeing the Landlord payments, query solutions, Utilities payments and ensuring the financial integrity of all transactions. This role requires good technical knowledge, communication skills and proven capabilities to manage landlord/vendor and their queries.

Key Responsibilities: (Lease Rent & Utilities):

• Booking of Rental & CAM Invoices and related payments & provisions. • Manage and execute end-to-end Landlord reconciliations on regular basis.

• Connect with Landlord and address their open queries.

• Booking of Utility bills and initiate payments at Portal.

• Reconciliation of balance at portal with books.

• Ensure monthly KPIs, including vendor ageing, vendor payment schedule adherence, and vendor account reconciliation.

• Coordination with banking team to ensure timely payment to all Landlords.

Audit & Compliance:

• Assist in preparation of annual audit schedules.

• Manage Vendor/Landlord Reconciliation tracker.

• Support in Internal/Statutory audits related to vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B-Com

• Excellent knowledge in Ms-Excel/Word.

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable.

• Proven ability to manage vendors/landlord and their queries.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

• Technical knowledge in accounting principles.

• Familiarity with GST/TDS and related provisions.

• Familiarity with MSME provisions.

• Good Communication skills.
