Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports supporting equity expense, forecasting, reconciliations, audits, internal controls, board materials, regulatory filings, and other corporate requirements.
Apply relevant securities, insider-trading, fair-market-value, recordkeeping, and operational control requirements, while supporting trading windows and escalating potential risks or gaps.
Manage the equity operations mailbox and provide timely, high-quality support to employees and managers on awards, vesting, transactions, taxation, and program changes.
Maintain clear employee resources, FAQs, and educational materials to improve understanding of equity programs.
Track operational metrics including processing accuracy, reporting timeliness, data integrity, and inquiry resolution, while partnering with vendors on automation, system testing, corporate actions, and new-country launches.
Contribute to continuous improvement of equity processes and controls as the organization expands its global operations.

Hands-on experience in stock plan administration or equity operations, ideally within a publicly traded multinational organization; CEP or a comparable professional qualification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of RSUs, stock options, performance-based and other equity awards, including vesting, exercises, settlements, payroll and tax interfaces, global mobility, and plan controls.
Experience supporting public-company reporting, share-based compensation, audits, internal controls, and trading-window processes; familiarity with SEC, Nasdaq, or foreign private issuer requirements is advantageous.
Strong understanding of equity administration processes and the ability to work confidently across equity platforms, HRIS, payroll interfaces, and related systems.
Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, with experience working with reconciliations, operational reporting, large datasets, and data validation.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling sensitive financial, employee, and equity information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex equity concepts clearly to employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational risks and develop practical solutions.
