The Role We are looking for an experienced
Senior Enterprise Sales Manager who has successfully sold
DMS, SFA, CRM or similar B2B SaaS solutions to manufacturing companies. This is a
pure new business acquisition role. You will own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—and play a key role in expanding Fundflo's customer base across India.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Your primary focus will be on acquiring mid-sized and large manufacturing companies that sell through dealer and distributor networks. Typical target customers include industries such as:
- Building Materials & Ceramics
- Plywood & Laminates
- Electricals & Lighting
- Steel & Metal Products
- Pipes & Plumbing
- Paints & Coatings
- Consumer Durables
- Industrial Products and other manufacturing businesses with dealer-led sales channels. The primary decision-makers you will engage include
CFOs, Heads of Sales, Commercial Heads, IT Heads, and Business Transformation leaders .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across India.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from discovery and product demonstrations to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
- Build relationships with senior business stakeholders including CFOs, Heads of Sales, Commercial Heads, and IT leaders.
- Maintain and manage sales opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate You will be a strong fit if you have:
- 6–10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Proven success in acquiring new enterprise customers.
- Experience selling DMS, SFA, CRM or similar B2B SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling enterprise software to manufacturing companies.
- Existing relationships with senior decision-makers in manufacturing organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise sales opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
