Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for enterprise sales, focusing on B2B and B2C segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and generate leads.
• Manage the entire client onboarding process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.

Job Requirements :

• 4-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in enterprise sales, lead generation, and revenue generation.
• Proven track record of success in generating high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., social media, events).
• Strong understanding of brand building principles and ability to develop effective marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across different departments.
