Senior Enterprise Architect

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and modernization of enterprise-wide technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, .NET-based application ecosystems, desktop engineering, and on-premises infrastructure environments. This role will be responsible for defining architecture standards, driving digital transformation initiatives, establishing technology roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology strategies.

What You'll Do:

• Define and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, principles, and technology roadmaps.
• Design scalable enterprise solutions using Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Drive modernization and transformation of legacy applications and enterprise platforms.
• Architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and disaster recovery-enabled solutions across distributed environments.
• Establish enterprise integration strategies across applications, databases, middleware, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Lead architecture decisions for .NET applications, desktop environments, virtualization platforms, networking, and on-prem infrastructure.
• Define infrastructure architecture covering compute, storage, security, networking, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish architecture governance processes, compliance controls, risk management practices, and security standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to align technology investments with business goals.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technology assessments, and technical governance forums.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements and modernization opportunities.
• Mentor architects, developers, and engineering teams on enterprise architecture best practices.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation programs and technology adoption initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Technology Strategy.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale .NET application ecosystems.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and Architecture Governance models.
• Strong understanding of Desktop Engineering and Enterprise Endpoint Management environments.
• Extensive experience working with On-Prem Infrastructure, VMware virtualization, servers, storage, and enterprise platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices Architecture, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Proven experience in application modernization, legacy transformation, and enterprise platform consolidation programs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Experience defining enterprise integration patterns, API strategies, middleware solutions, and data architecture standards.
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture, networking, security architecture, compute, and storage platforms.
• Strong knowledge of architecture governance, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing strategic technology decisions.
