Senior Engineering Manager

Sr. Manager Engineering | Golang + React | Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Engineering to lead 01 product and R&D engineering for high-scale AI platforms. The role involves building scalable distributed systems, driving engineering excellence, mentoring teams, and contributing hands-on to architecture and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive 01 development of scalable AI/ML platforms and distributed systems.
• Design and architect large-scale, robust and fault-tolerant systems.
• Lead and manage engineering teams at scale.
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Stay hands-on with software development and technical architecture.
• Contribute to hiring and building high-performing engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go)
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Large-scale system design and architecture
• Distributed systems and scalable backend development
• Full-stack/web technologies
• AI/ML platform engineering experience
• Engineering team management and mentorship

Experience: 12-18 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days per week
Notice Period: 0–15 Days
