Senior Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and managing a team of engineers.
• Advanced proficiency with Java and Springboot and solid knowledge of microservice architecture.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc. ), including schema and query design, as well as NoSQL (e. g., DynamoDB) database technologies.
• Hands-on experience building performant web-based user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with Modern AI tools.
• Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Great communication and collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with:

• Spring Boot and related Spring projects.
• Relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres.
• Non-relational database technologies like DynamoDB.
• Caching datastores such as Redis, Valkey, or Memcached.
• Data streaming mechanisms such as Apache Kafka and/or AWS Kinesis.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Modern DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
