Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable distributed systems in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
• Coach engineering leads and managers.
• Drive scalable architecture and platform strategy.
• Lead delivery of distributed, data-heavy systems.
• Partner with Product, ML, Infrastructure, and Business.
• Own planning, execution, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience building distributed/data-heavy systems.
• Strong architecture, platformization, and developer tooling expertise.
• Experience with budgeting, TCO, and resource planning.
• Experience productionizing ML/DS models preferred.
