Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in Java open source technologies, AWS cloud services, and AI applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution while maintaining a focus on quality and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Utilize strong technical knowledge in Java open source, AWS cloud, and AI to guide project teams and make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
