    Job Summary

The Senior Engineering Manager - PMO will lead the OHC Project Management Office in Pune, overseeing a diverse portfolio of sustaining programs, product launches, complex product redevelopment initiatives, and multi-year Product Development and Lifecycle Management (PDLM) programs.

The role will translate business, product development, and sustaining requirements into structured programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resource availability, financial objectives, and delivery commitments.

    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to align priorities, negotiate scope and funding, resolve dependencies, and manage delivery expectations.
    • Executive Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven portfolio updates, identify critical risks and opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
    • Strategic Decision-Making: Exercise independent judgment to challenge, defer, or decline requests that lack strategic alignment, business value, sufficient clarity, funding, or organizational capacity.
    • Program Performance and Risk Management: Oversee portfolio execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, interdependencies, and benefits realization.
    • People Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop project and program management professionals, building PMO capabilities, strengthening execution excellence, and supporting succession planning.
    • Product Development Excellence: Apply product development and lifecycle management expertise to guide cross-functional execution, design reviews, lifecycle decisions, and delivery readiness.
    • Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Drive the practical adoption of Agile methodologies, digital tools, automation, data analytics, and AI to improve execution efficiency, transparency, quality, and decision-making.
