Senior Engineer

Production Management

• Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Ensure smooth production flow and optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and rejection trends and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production output and reduce cycle time.

Testing Lab Management

• Supervise all routine and type testing activities related to smart meters.
• Ensure proper functioning, calibration, and maintenance of testing equipment.

Manpower Handlinga

• Manage and deploy shop floor operators and technicians effectively.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance of manpower.
• Conduct skill development and training programs for operators and line leaders.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and work instructions.

Electrical Jigs & Fixtures

• Possess sound knowledge of electrical testing jigs, fixtures, and automation systems.
• Support development, modification, and troubleshooting of production and testing fixtures.

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for fixture improvements and breakdown reduction
