Position description:
Description:
1. To ensure Preventivemaintenance is accomplished and documented in a
appropriate manner
2. To maintainmachine history cards for all machines & equipments
3. To ensure thatall safety equipments are installed and available in operating order
4. Maintain & monitor inventoriesof spares
5. To plan forcorrective/preventive actions for repeated failures
6. To educate theoperators not changing or interfering with the safety devices
7. To plan for criticalspare parts required at critical times
8. To maintain thedocuments related to IATF 16949
9. To co-operate & co-ordinate with internalcustomers of Maint Dept.
10. Any other taskentrusted by the HOD
Primary Responsibilities:
- To maintain ROBOs of plant in good running conditions including Teaching & Maintenance of Yashkawa Robo / NASH Robos
