Senior Engineer

Responsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per the agreed design and cost parameters.

Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site.

Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.

Coordination between architects and contractors.

Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.

To work with consultants, designers and infuse valuable inputs..

Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractor's work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.

Should be responsible for Site survey.
