Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced sourcing specialist for key industrial commodities including Electrical Electronics commodities. The ideal candidate will have 03 to 07 years of experience in strategic sourcing, driving supplier performance, and delivering cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and qualification processes.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal value and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to align sourcing with technical requirements.
- Support new product development and localization initiatives.

Supplier Process Management:
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier capabilities.

1. Bachelor s degree in engineering,
2. Minimum 03 to 07 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
