Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Strong experience in residential construction projects.
• Good knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
• Monitor wastage of materials and assist in maintaining cost control.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably AutoCAD
• Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to independently handle site responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel/work at project sites in Pune.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, instructions, site observations, and approvals
• Candidates with experience in developer/real estate companies will be preferred.
