Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

In process inspection support • Daily red bin analysis • Verification of In-process Documents (Job setup, Line Inspection, Pre dispatch inspection) • PDI processing in ERP • Train the operators on In-process Quality parameters Online Quality Control support • Poka-yoke Verification • Rejection control & data collection • Validation of process to be adhered with the raised parameters • adherence to the performance schedule Audits support • Support in periodic audit of the in-process documents as maintained by the Production • Filling up the gaps as identified during the periodic Audit / Inspection (Planned / On surprise basis) • Prepare the analysis of Audits and communicate Findings with Probable solution to the Production.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of IATF and VDA as per Business Standard Core Quality Tools & Methodologies Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Product & Process Knowledge
