Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Should be able to independently handle complex CFD simulations for both gas & liquids using ANSYS Fluent or Opensource software.

2. Capable of building CFD based meshed model & good know-how of turbulence modelling & associated calculations.

3. Responsible for coordinating CFD simulations & managing simulation activities with team of engineers.

4. Should have exposure to Management information system related to planning & control of projects.

5. Constantly Develop & improve new CFD techniques & also contribute to design suggestions.

6. Active involvement in the discussion related to New Product development.

7. Pressure drops predictions & Heat transfer calculations & simulation of the defined products.

8. Have a good understanding of multi-phase solver which also includes the VOF implementation for interface tracking for different phases.

9. Able to generate customized scripts for modelling of solvers, meshing & fluid data implementation.

10. Report writing & efficient delivery of projects with intuitive results.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Ansys Fluent & CFX

2. CFD Based Topology Optimization (Adjoint Solver)

3. OpenSource tool like OpenFOAM [Intermediate Level]

4. MATLAB/ Simulink (Model Based Development Approach)
