Senior Engineer - SQA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality performance (PPM, customer complaints, warranty, CAPA, and supplier scorecards).
• Expert in Welding Fabrication Process and probelm solver in case any defect in proocess
• Expert in GDNT and drawing reading; Lead APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch (GP-12), supplier qualification, and engineering change management.
• Conduct supplier process, product, and system audits as per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Drive supplier development through process capability improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Review and approve AIAG Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Process Flow).
• Resolve supplier quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Support new supplier development, localization, and new product introduction (NPI).

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical/ Auto/ Prod

Experience

• 8-12 Years
