• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong emphasis on React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience leveraging Copilot or Claude for code generation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating production-grade web applications.
• Hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or equivalent).
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility , and responsive design.
• Familiarity with GenAI-powered applications and presenting AI-driven workflows or insights in user interfaces.
• Strong grasp of front-end production engineering concepts such as error handling, observability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces and make sound engineering trade-offs.
