- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing, order management, and cart configuration within the Apttus CPQ environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and deliver user training to facilitate seamless adoption of new CPQ functionalities.
- Enhance CPQ system performance by optimizing configurations, eliminating process bottlenecks, and maintaining data integrity.
