Senior Engineer - Quality

Role & responsibilities

• Implement  Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and applicable standards
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and traceability documents
• Inspect fabrication activities such as Cutting, bending, rolling, Fit-up, welding, grinding, and finishing
• Ensure welding is performed as per: Approved WPS/PQR, IS / ASME / AWS standards
• Verify welder qualifications
• Conduct Incoming Material Inspection (IMI) as per MTCs
• Verify material grade, dimensions, heat numbers, and traceability
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and consumables
