Responsibilities

• This position is accountable for execution of small to medium scale Projects from post order to handover, which involves planning, timely dispatch, site supervision, and handover.
• Receipt and review of purchase order / Technical specification of Customer
• Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope
• Kick off Meeting with customer for finalization of execution schedule
• Engineering document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission Approval from customer
• Preparation Release of indent (BOQ) for B/out items fabricated items through SAP process (PR)
• Review progress monitoring of fabricated items
• Arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party
• Monitoring of dispatch as per invoicing plan
• Periodic visit to site for execution supervision
• Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover
• Collection of payments as per Contract Terms
• Submission of project progress report to management
