Senior Engineer- Process Simulation

Utthunga is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Process Simulation to lead and manage dynamic process simulation (OTS) projects. If you have a proven track record in developing and implementing simulation models, strong expertise in DCS integration, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, you will play a crucial role in our advanced engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Dynamic Process Simulation (OTS) projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement process simulation models independently using commercial software, preferably UniSim and Aspen Hysys.
• Work on DCS (Distributed Control System) integration for both Emulated and Direct Connect OTS systems.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific OTS project requirements and deliver projects on schedule and with high quality.
• Conduct project testing (MAT, FAT, SAT) with clients independently, ensuring all functionalities meet specifications.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in developing their process simulation skills, fostering team growth and capability.
