Key Deliverables / KRAs

1. Timely preparation and maintenance of project baseline schedules.
2. Accurate monitoring of planned versus actual progress.
3. Timely identification and escalation of project delays.
4. Effective weekly and monthly look-ahead planning.
5. Timely preparation of project MIS and management reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

4-6 years of relevant experience in planning/project controls.

Strong experience in residential construction projects, preferably high-rise residential developments or large-scale residential communities.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is preferred/essential.
