Senior Engineer - Planning

Reporting To - Sr. Manager - Planning

Position Objective

Support the Planning Manager with all required data for overall project life cycle management: project deliverables such as time, cost, quality & safety parameters as per project execution plan.

Key Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide all relevant data for preparation of detailed plan and schedule for the projects in terms of material, indenting, manpower scheduling, equipment hiring for the project.
• Assist the Planning Manager in preparing the sequence of work items. Working out Manpower, Materials, Cash flow & discussing procurement with Project Managers.
• To verify material procurement is as per plan through approved vendors and approved quality.
• Regular visit to site with Planning Manager to monitor quality.
• Ensure availability of labor at site as per planned schedule.
• Keeping track of whether projects are correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) for achieving timelines.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining all required documentation like NOC, certificates received from time to time from different departments.
• Coordinating with consultants (Arch/ structural interior liaison, etc) and with required.

Qualifications And Experience Requirement

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar industry.
