• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Certification in Primavera P6/MS Project will be preferred

• Senior Engineer: 6-9 Years
• Experience in Precast Manufacturing Plant/Factory is mandatory.

To prepare, monitor, and control production planning activities within the precast factory, ensuring timely manufacturing, resource optimization, dispatch coordination, and achievement of project delivery schedules.

• Prepare detailed production schedules for precast elements based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Reinforcement, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow execution.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and track actual progress against plans.
• Develop and update production tracking reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Prepare look-ahead plans and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Monitor mold utilization, casting schedules, and production cycle times.
• Coordinate with project planning teams to align factory production with site erection schedules.
• Analyze productivity and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Track raw material availability and coordinate with procurement/stores for uninterrupted production.
• Prepare resource planning including manpower, machinery, molds, and equipment utilization.
• Generate reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Participate in review meetings and present production status and recovery plans.
