Senior Engineer/ MR

Role & responsibilities -

Compile NC data, Analysis and reporting of quality related data and trends.

• Conduct process & product audits as per IATF 16949 QMS.
• Conducting In process, Final & Layout inspections.
• Calibration of the equipment & conducting MSA studies.
• Conducting internal QMS audits.
• Analyze customer complaints / quality problems (internal).
• Conducting SPC for significant / critical characteristics.

Preferred candidate profile -

Skills required:

1. Certified internal auditor of IATF 16949 QMS,
2. IATF core tools PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA,
3. Problem solving tools, 8D, A3,
4. TQM
5. Final Inspection: Knowledge and experience in set-up, handling & trouble shooting of Auto optical inspection scanners,
6. Final Inspection: Workman handling, deployment
7. Instrument handling : Calibration of Gauges, ISO/IEC 17025 certified calibration reqts,
8. Instrument handling: CMM programing & operating,  
9. Testing: Certified NDT Level -2, (Ultrasound, Die penetration)
10. GD & T: Drawing reading
11. Process knowledge: CNC machining (VMC), soldering, brazing, Laser Welding
