Senior Engineer – Maintenance

Responsibility:

To attend the machine breakdown. To carry out the root cause analysis of breakdown with help of maintenance head if needed. To initiate the actions on identified root cause to avoid the reoccurrence of breakdown To take and maintain the stock of critical spares and inform Maintenance Head in case if required to be procured To carry out the planned preventive maintenance activities Daily maintenance planning and coordination with production team

• To take and maintain the stock of critical spares and inform Maintenance Head in case if required to be procured.
• To carry out the planned preventive maintenance activities.
• Daily maintenance planning and coordination with production team.
• Keep the records related to maintenance up to date as per requirements.
• Maintain the documents related to QMS.
• To carry out the work allocated by Maintenance Head.

• Authority to report any deviation / abnormality and make any suggestion at any time to his superior.
• Shift planning of maintenance operators.
• Coordination with Electrical Contractor for the work out of the scope.
