Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services including:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive for Business
- Lead architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 tenant environments
- Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID)including:
- Identity lifecycle
- Conditional Access
- MFA and SSO
- Implement and manage security compliance solutions:
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- eDiscovery retention policies
- Microsoft Purview
- Plan and execute migration projects:
- On-premises to Microsoft 365
- Tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Automate administrative tasks using:
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Graph API
- Strong knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and governance features.
- Implement and monitor security controls (Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, Defender for Office 365).
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Manage tenant configuration, licensing, and lifecycle management.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization across M365 workloads.
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and other scripting tools.
- Lead the planning, deployment, and management of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform).
- Design and implement governance, compliance, and security frameworks for M365.
- Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers

- PowerShell scripting (mandatory)
- Automation orchestration
