Senior Engineer (Inspection) For Upper Thane location

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and quality checks of all finishing works, including plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, tiling, joinery, and related activities.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for timely completion of works.
• Identify defects, monitor corrective actions, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and finishing works.

Critical Skills Required:

• Expertise in inspection and quality control of all types of finishing works.
• Strong site supervision and execution management skills.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
