Senior Engineer - Industrial Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Perform line balancing and takt time calculation for SMT and FATP lines
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity
• Plan and analyze line capacity as per production requirements
• Monitor and improve OEE, UPH, and overall line efficiency
• Optimize manpower utilization and reduce idle time
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Support NPI builds and new line setup activities
• Improve material flow and workstation ergonomics

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts & Lean tools
• Expertise in line balancing, takt time, and capacity analysis
• Hands-on experience with time study & work measurement techniques
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes (SMT / Assembly preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
