Senior Engineer/ Executive - Service

Role and responsibilities:

This position is responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience to drive service that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.

• Perform testing, validation, and repair of EV battery packs at the service center.
• Diagnose issues in battery modules and packs, and execute effective repair solutions.
• Support validation activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct performance testing, cycle testing, and thermal behavior checks of EV batteries.
• Work with CAN tools for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Provide technical support and documentation for service activities.

• Hands-on experience in EV battery pack testing, validation, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical & electronic systems.
• Proficiency with CAN communication protocols and diagnostic tools.
• Experience in EV/automotive domain preferred.
• Customer co-ordination & report preparation.
