Senior Engineer / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions/segments.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support as needed.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to commercial terms.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding related to company products/services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and interact with customers at all levels.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to travel as required.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering in Mechanical
  (Diploma candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered)

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solution selling.

Experience in (industry-specific) domain is preferred
