Senior Engineer/Engineer - QS & Billing

Summary

This role is involved in Estimation, Execution and Billing stage at the site. He/she is responsible for Quantity take off, Performs quantity estimation for BOQ, SAP updations related to Material reservations, PR Generations, Sub con and PRW Bills entries, BOM updations etc.. and prepares bill certification related to Sub Con, PRW and NMR bills amongst other functions which includes coordinating with site team for QS related functions, Finance, HR & Admin and Stores etc He/she closely works with multiple stakeholders and is required to have excellent analytical and communication skills to be successful in this role.

Operational

• Preparation of Standard quantities w.r.t.to GFC
• Prepration of Comparitive statement GFC Vs BOQ
• Responsible for sub divison of QS Function like PRW Billing,NMR Billing,R.A.Bill certification etc..
• Preparation of supporting documents and Comparitive statement related to Work order,Amendment,BOM updations etc.. as assigned by reporting Manager.
• Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; Prepare Contractor billing certification, RA bill certification and final bill certification as per contract terms and Organizational guidelines.
• Prepation of rate analysis and quantity workings for approvals of PRW and NMR works.
• SAP updations related to PR Generations, Sub con and PRW Bills entries, BOM Updations etc.
• Receiving and issuance of GFC drawings to Block In-Charge and superceed drawings collection from Block In charges/Engineers.
• Preparation of DPR, NMR Reports, monthly progress reports and formwork monitoring etc.. as assigned by reporting Manager.

Required Candidate profile

• BE with 4 - 6 years of experience in construction/ real estate industry/infra
