Role Overview As an AI Engineer, you will be the architect of intelligence, implementing advanced models and autonomous workflows that power our agentic applications.
- Focus: RAG, Model Fine-tuning, and Agentic Workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Design and implement RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions to enhance LLM capabilities.
- Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific adaptation (e.g., Wireless/5G).
- Build and maintain agentic workflows for autonomous, multi-step AI systems.
- Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance.
- Experience: 1-5 years in AI/Machine Learning engineering.
- Technical Stack: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Vector Databases (Milvus, Pinecone, etc.).
- AI Specialization: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers. Knowledge of prompt engineering and Reinforcement Learning is highly valued.
- Education: Bachelor's in CS/Engineering; Master's with ML specialization preferred.
