Senior Engineer- Customer support

Server Administration

• Manage and support Windows Server environment.
• Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
• Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file server management.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related server issues.

Exchange Support

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange environment.
• Create and manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow policies.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, Outlook connectivity, and synchronization issues.
• Manage backup and recovery of Exchange databases.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for critical issues.

Network Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/network connectivity issues.
• Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Handle IP addressing, VLAN configuration, and network performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with ISP/vendors for link outages and network escalations.
• Ensure network security and compliance standards are maintained.

Client Support & Operations

• Provide onsite technical support to end users and client IT teams.
• Attend incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLA timelines.
• Maintain daily health check reports and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with remote support teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper asset management and documentation.
