Job Description

To supervise, coordinate and control all plumbing installation, maintenance, repair and utility-related works across Ramoji Film City, ensuring reliable water supply, drainage, sewage, hot-water systems and associated plumbing services with minimum breakdowns and optimum water conservation.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Plumbing-related discipline preferred
• Plumbing trade certification with substantial experience may also be considered.
  
  

Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience in large hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, townships, film studios or large infrastructure facilities is desirable.
• Experience in large-scale water supply, drainage and sewage systems is an advantage.
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

The candidate should have practical knowledge of :

• CPVC / UPVC / HDPE / PPR / GI / CI / DI piping.
• Soil, waste and vent systems
• Sanitary installations
• Water supply systems
• Pumping systems
• Hot-water systems
• Storm-water drainage
• Sewage systems
• STP connections
• Water tanks and sumps
• Pipe pressure testing
• Leakage testing
• Plumbing drawings
• AutoCAD drawings – preferably
• MS Excel and daily reporting
