About this role
- Supervise and manage civil construction and refurbishment activities at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements, quantities and contractor RA bills.
- Ensure execution of works within the approved cost, quality and project schedule.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP and other services.
- Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable construction standards.
