1. Strong communication and presentation skills with good product knowledge and the ability to understand customer requirements effectively.
2. Handle day-to-day customer requirements and ensure prompt resolution of issues and requests.
3. Manage commercial activities, including supplementary claims, tooling cost recovery, and related customer agreements.

5. Experience in database management, IPCS, and SAP portal handling for data collection and analysis.
6. Preparation of price approval documents, price history management, and SAP price updates.
