About this role
Every engineer must have real engineering experience at a company with a strong engineering reputation that most engineers would recognize by name: Meta, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Datadog, Snowflake, Shopify, Figma, Vercel, Square, Linear, Tesla, Atlassian, Palantir, and the like. - 5+ years professional SWE experience, with experience in major engineering companies
- Uses AI coding tools every day (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Strong judgment across the full software lifecycle, e.g.: Reading a PRD and breaking it into Jira tickets Estimating effort and scoping work Architecture and design choices ReviewingPRs Debugging and recovering when blocked
- Excellent written English (near-native proficiency)
- Willing to align with PST for at least 5 hours (for the first 1–2 weeks)
- Attention to detail, proactive, independent
