- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, including Operating System Deployment, Task Sequence design and management, Software Updates and patching, content distribution, Boundary Groups and content optimisation, client health and platform troubleshooting .
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and device identity management.
