About this role
- Execute machine wiring, panel assembly, and cabling in line with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and panel layouts to carry out production work accurately.
- Install and integrate motors, drives, PLCs, relays, contactors, switches, sensors, and control panels.
- Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and control systems during production and assembly.
- Support machine trials, pre-dispatch inspections, and site commissioning activities when required.
- Document wiring modifications, panel changes, and maintain updated electrical drawings for reference.
- Collaborate with design, mechanical, and production teams for seamless machine assembly and installation.
- Ensure electrical safety practices and compliance with company quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve wiring layouts, assembly methods, and component reliability.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and operators when necessary.
