 Maintenance ofGenerator Transformers-GT (34MVA), StationAuxiliary Transformers-SAT(10MVA) and
Distribution Transformers (2MVA&2.5MVA), ESP Transformers.
 Maintenance of 33 KV and 11KV, 6.6 KV ABB HT VCB Switchgear, Schneider and Merlin-Gerin ACB LT
Switchgear, Lighting, ESP.
 Operational interlocks, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Turbines,Generators, Transformers and Boiler
Auxiliaries.
 Maintenance of Critical Equipment'sHTandLTmotorslike BFP,ID,PA, SA, CEP,MCWP,ACWP motors
and Troubleshooting of their control circuits.
 Maintenance of HT andLTmotorslike CementMill Main Motor and Separators, Belt Conveyors, Damper's,
Compressor, Bucket Elevator's motors and troubleshooting of their control circuit.
 Maintenance and Troubleshooting of VFD'S (ABB ACS580,ACS560, ABB ACS800, ABB ACS880 andYASKAWA CIMR-
F7A4132, CIMR-F7A43P7).
 Controlling allElectrical activities(Troubleshooting, Synchronization, Conditionbasemonitoring etc.)
during Shift.
 Troubleshootingof all electrical equipmentin CHP andAHP section during power failure or faults.
 Coordinationwith Switchyard for BUS selectiontoexportthe power.
 Permit Coordination for Preventive Maintenance & Monitoring.
 Checking of schematicDrawingsof Numerical RelaysABBREF610,REM610,REF542pluse, and REX521.
 Trouble shooting in DOL,RDOL andStar/Delta Starter.
 Handling all theactivitiesduring unitshut down,Manpower handling& proper utilization.
 Possess Strong Communication,Planning, and TeamManagement Skillswith abilitiesin handlingmultiple
Tasks/ projects simultaneously.
 ShutdownMaintenance& Checking of Synchronizing panel&Generator Metering Panel.
 Shutdown Maintenance of AVR System for generator excitation.
 Co-Ordination of startup and shutdowns Synchronizing take care of switchgears, PCC's & MCC's.
 Knowledge on SAP for Preventive Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance and Equipment's & Materialsissues.
 Useadvance understanding of electrical system to developmaintenance SOPsforPower Changeover's.
 Analysis of Breakdown, Power failure and continuous Monitoring and Response to problem report by
Manager/Managements.
 Implementation of flexibleOperation for all equipment's.
 Emergency diesel generator operations knowledge and Preventive MaintenanceDG.
 Observation of Day-to-day activities Operation and Maintenance Monitoring.
 Observation ofregularPower Loadmonitoring for Energy saving and Implementation of 75% above PLF& 10%
below auxiliary consumption achieved.
 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:
 Planning and Scheduling: Every day planning and scheduling regular maintenance activitiesto
prevent breakdowns and continuously monitoring operations.
 Routine Checks: Conductroutine inspection of machinery and critical equipment's.
 Maintenance Records: Maintain detailed records of all preventive maintenance activities and reports, with company standards.
 TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS:
 Breakdown Management: Check troubleshooting equipment's failures and breakdowns. Identify
issues, diagnose root causes and implement immediate corrective actions.
 Repair Support: Help in executing repairsto motor, electrical system.
 Co-ordination with Contractors: Collaborate with external contractors and suppliersfor specialized
repair service when needed.
 EQUIPMENT MONITORING:
 Operation Efficiency: The power plant's and cement plant's machinery (like bfp, acw,mcw pump's
and pa,sa,id fan's and also crusher, screen, conveyors) operates efficiently, every day monitoring
critical equipment's performance.
 Performance Evaluation: Check evaluating equipment performance and recommend improvements
for reliability and efficiency.
 INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING:
 New Equipment: Installation and commissioning of new equipment they meet safety and
operational standards.
 SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE:
 Safety standards: All maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, with safe operation of
equipment.
 Hazard Identification: Identify potential safety hazards related to machinery and provide
recommendations for corrective actions.
 Safety Inspections: Conducting regular safety inspections ofmaintenance areas.
 INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
 Parts and Tools Inventory: Managing the inventory of spare parts, tools and maintenance materials
to avoid delays during maintenance activities.
 TEAM COLLABORATION:
 Work Coordination: Work alongside senior engineer, maintenance managers and plant operation
