Senior EDI Analyst- O2C & IDOC & Order Mgmnt

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Analyze EDI transactions to identify errors and discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and optimize cash flow.
• Develop and maintain documentation for order management processes, including IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) and OTC (Order-to-Cash).

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in Order Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and protocols.
• Proficiency in SAP systems, specifically Order Processing and Order to Cash modules.
