Job Description:

The role involves expertise in managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations, including product listings, catalogue management, advertising, inventory control, warehouse coordination, FBA shipment creation, order fulfilment, and seller account performance. Skilled in optimising marketplace operations, ensuring stock accuracy, resolving listing issues, and driving seamless end-to-end e-commerce processes.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
. Create, update, and optimise product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
. Develop high-quality product listing content to improve search visibility and conversions.
. Handle listing-related claims, suppression issues, and catalogue error resolution.
. Process Weight & Dimension (W&D) claims and coordinate with marketplace support for successful claim resolution.
. Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to improve product visibility and sales performance.
. Perform basic image editing and optimise product images according to marketplace guidelines.
. Generate and analyse custom business reports for sales, inventory, advertising, and product performance.
. Monitor marketplace KPIs and implement strategies to improve account health and seller performance.
. Manage inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, and warehouse locations to ensure stock accuracy.
. Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock verification, inventory planning, and replenishment.
. Conduct regular warehouse visits to verify physical inventory, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper storage practices.
. Maintain inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
. Create Amazon FBA shipments, prepare shipment plans, generate box labels, and coordinate dispatch to fulfillment centers.
. Ensure timely replenishment of FBA inventory to prevent stock-outs.
. Process customer orders and coordinate timely order fulfilment.
. Track Self-Ship orders, monitor courier performance, and ensure on-time deliveries.
. Coordinate returns, replacements, and order-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
. Monitor pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns across marketplaces.
. Ensure compliance with Amazon and Flipkart marketplace policies and operational guidelines.
. Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse staff, logistics partners, and marketplace support to resolve operational issues.
. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and increase sales performance.
