Job Summary

We are looking for a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on technical and consulting experience in Dynatrace platform management, Kubernetes monitoring, cloud-native full-stack observability, and customer onboarding. The candidate will act as the technical lead and primary point of contact between customers and the TCS Dynatrace Platform Support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and point of contact for customers and the TCS Dynatrace Platform Support team.
• Provide Dynatrace consulting, technical guidance, and platform support.
• Implement Kubernetes monitoring and cloud-native full-stack observability.
• Configure Dynatrace and Terraform integrations, create user policies, and develop queries using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).
• Support Dynatrace Gen3 and assist with migration from Gen2 to Gen3.
• Manage application onboarding assessments, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), onboarding plans, and standard/non-standard application onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of consulting deliverables.
• Review and maintain training materials, technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and Confluence pages.
• Conduct customer training, best-practice sessions, service improvement reviews, analysis, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Manage Jira-related activities, documentation, status updates, and regular customer meetings.
• Support continuous platform development and improvement, including OpenTelemetry (OTel) integration.
